If you buy a property through me then i will not charge you anything to list the same property for upto 12 months. Refer Sell a Property to see details of services.

If you sell a property through me then i will give 100% commission rebate on a property bought through me within 12 months. if purchase is of higher value then sale, then commission rebate will be prorated only upto sale value.
